Privacy Policy & Data Governance

Transparent protocols governing technical prototype logging, parameter analytics, and personal data protection across our systematic 3D printing trial worksheets.

LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY · ZERO CAD DATA INGESTION

01 Core Principles & Zero CAD Ingestion

PartTrial Workbook is dedicated to structured physical prototyping and systematic 3D printing evaluation based on the core methodology: "One print. One question. One observable result." Our digital infrastructure operates strictly under data minimization principles.

No 3D Model or Proprietary Geometry Storage

We do not request, upload, store, or process your 3D CAD files (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ, .3MF) on remote servers. All dimensional analysis and parameter evaluations remain under your direct physical and local computational control.

When prototyping teams and designers utilize our worksheets or documentation matrices, intellectual property associated with physical parts remains entirely confidential and localized.

02 Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum technical and communication data necessary to maintain service reliability, deliver documentation, and respond to educational inquiries:

Direct Communications

When you submit inquiries via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message contents solely to process your technical question.

Technical Telemetry

Standard server access logs including browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamp indicators to verify operational security.

03 How Data Is Processed

Collected technical data and correspondence are processed strictly for the following functional objectives:

  • To provide, maintain, and optimize educational workbooks and evaluation frameworks.
  • To verify that interactive calculators and browser-based printable sheets render accurately across various client devices.
  • To respond to user requests, bug reports, and feedback concerning testing methodologies.
  • To protect our infrastructure against unauthorized access, malicious scanning, and denial-of-service attempts.

We do not profile user behavior for targeted advertising, nor do we transfer or trade technical contact information to commercial data brokers.

04 Local-First Worksheets & Storage

Interactive features within PartTrial Workbook (such as trial matrix filters and active worksheet forms) store data locally within your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage environment.

Browser Storage Specifications:

  • Local Persistence: Filter states and custom test parameters remain on your local machine unless cleared via browser settings.
  • No Cloud Syncing: Unsaved matrix evaluations are not transmitted to external datastores.
  • User Control: You can clear all cached worksheet inputs at any time through standard browser clearing procedures.

05 Third-Party CDNs & Technical Assets

To ensure high availability and rapid asset delivery worldwide, PartTrial Workbook loads static typography and framework scripts via reputable Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), including Google Fonts and jsDelivr.

When your browser requests these libraries, minimal networking parameters (such as IP address and user-agent string) are exchanged strictly to facilitate asset delivery in accordance with each provider's established technical safeguards.

06 User Rights & Contact Protocols

Under applicable international data protection regulations, users retain specific rights regarding personal data submitted via correspondence:

Access Request stored logs
Correction Update inaccuracies
Erasure Purge correspondence
Objection Restrict processing
